I am a massage therapist that specializes in deep tissue and neuromuscular therapy. Some of the injuries and conditions I work with are tmjd, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, sciatica, and frozen shoulder. Cancellation Policy
To respect both my time and that of other clients, the following cancellation policy applies:
• Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be charged
50% of the service cost.
• Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or clients with three (3) or more cancellations may be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
• Frequent cancellations and rescheduling make it difficult to accommodate other clients who are waiting for appointments.
• Gift certificate appointments are also subject to this policy. Applicable fees will be deducted from the remaining gift certificate balance.
I understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please communicate with your therapist as soon as possible.
